Covenant is God’s custom!
It comes out of the heart of God, out of the heavens!
Covenant is not something man thought of!
It comes from God, and God alone!
“…Covenant is not just a promise. Covenant is something of a spiritual position, dependent on the inward man. Vows are not covenant. Covenant is not based merely on performance and behaviour.
Where there is two, God is the third in their midst and there is a covenant.
He is the joining. Your joining is Christ. Covenant is imitating God.
Submitting in the fear of God, and not just randomly.
God, therefore, requires us to be of one mind. All of this, one mind, must be in such union and agreement. Have the mind of Christ, and think His thoughts.
Your joining is not in the soul. It is in the Spirit. You will have His mind in your marriage and relationship with Him. Your thoughts will be His thoughts. Your mind will be His mind. This is a higher order of oneness.
The outcome of true covenant, oneness, is always abundance. There is a higher order that God wants to bring us into in the natural and spiritual. The biggest sin is to limit the unlimited God…’” – Dr. Ben Kleynhans
EPHESIANS 5:1-5 (AMP)
1 Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]
2 and walk continually in love [that is, value one another—practice empathy and compassion, unselfishly seeking the best for others], just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and sacrifice to God [slain for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance
3 But sexual immorality and all [moral] impurity [indecent, offensive behavior] or greed must not even be hinted at among you, as is proper among saints [for as believers our way of life, whether in public or in private, reflects the validity of our faith]
4 Let there be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse [obscene or vulgar] joking, because such things are not appropriate [for believers]; but instead speak of your thankfulness [to God]
5 For be sure of this: no immoral, impure, or greedy person—for that one is [in effect] an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God [for such a person places a higher value on something other than God]

RUTH 4:11-17 (AMP)
11 All the people at the gate and the elders said, “We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman who is coming into your house like Rachel and Leah, the two who built the household of Israel. May you achieve wealth and power in Ephrathah and become famous in Bethlehem
12 Further, may your house be like the house of Perez whom Tamar bore to Judah, because of the offspring which the Lord will give you by this young woman”
13 So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife. And he went in to her, and the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son
14 Then the women said to Naomi, “Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer (grandson, as heir) today, and may his name become famous in Israel
15 May he also be to you one who restores life and sustains your old age; for your daughter-in-law, who loves you and is better to you than seven sons, has given birth to him”
16 Then Naomi took the child and placed him in her lap, and she became his nurse
17 The neighbor women gave him a name, saying, “A son (grandson) has been born to Naomi.” They named him Obed (worshiper). He is the father of Jesse, the father of David [the ancestor of Jesus Christ]
27 October: Covenant: The Culture of the Body, by Sonja Kleynhans: “Covenant is the culture of God. He does nothing outside of covenant”
PSALM 25:14 (AMP)
14 The secret [of the wise counsel] of the Lord is for those who fear Him, And He will let them know His covenant and reveal to them [through His word] its [deep, inner] meaning
